Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective communication, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, customer service, and business development, with the ability to manage accounts and negotiate effectively. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling us to better serve diverse client needs. Duties
· Schedule Shift time: 09:00 AM -6:00 PM (5 Days week, at least 1 day during the weekend),open to work on Holidays. Holidays, Weekend Availability
· Report to Team Leader
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reaching out to customers daily to place orders
· Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
· Staying informed about company products and prices
· Responding to customer orders and questions via email, phone calls, text
· Using the company’s software to place client’s order
· Reviewing orders to ensure they are accurate
· Keeping track of customer orders/following up with their orders and returns
· Handle customer complaints and feedback
· Organize files into different routes
· Working with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure excellent customer service
· Maintain workplace cleanliness, and keep files organized
· Report any problems to supervisor
· Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
· 1+ years of sales experience preferred
· Good computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office)
· Good communication skills
· Good customer service skills
· Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
· Open to work on statutory holidays and weekends
· Understanding food products is an asset
