Bilingual Payroll Coordinator- Remote for Quebec based company,

French is Mandatory.

Location: Ontario/QUEBEC (Remote/Hybrid based on location)
Job Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a detail-driven Payroll Coordinator to take ownership of payroll processing across multiple communities. This is a high-impact role where accuracy, consistency, and communication are critical.

What You'll Be Doing

Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple sites accurately and on time
Ensure compliance with union agreements including wages, overtime, vacation, and entitlements
Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related questions and issue resolution
Review and validate payroll data including new hires, terminations, promotions, and job changes
Partner with site leaders to ensure payroll adjustments are accurate and complete
Reconcile payroll data against time and attendance systems
Prepare and submit payroll reports, taxes, and government filings
Support year-end payroll activities and audit requirements
Maintain accurate records within HRIS and accounting systems
Collaborate with internal payroll team to ensure accuracy and consistency

What You'll Need

Post-secondary education in Payroll, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or similar designation preferred
Experience processing payroll in a multi-site or complex environment
Strong understanding of union payroll structures and collective agreements
Experience with HRIS systems such as Ceridian Dayforce or similar
Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Excel and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills across teams and locations
High level of discretion handling confidential information

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de la paie rigoureux(se) et organisé(e) pour gérer le traitement de la paie pour plusieurs sites. Il s’agit d’un rôle clé où la précision, la constance et la communication sont essentielles.

Si vous aimez les environnements structurés, maîtrisez les processus de paie et appréciez être la personne sur qui l’on peut compter pour bien faire les choses du premier coup, cette opportunité est pour vous.

Vos responsabilités

Traiter la paie aux deux semaines pour plusieurs sites avec exactitude et dans les délais
Assurer la conformité aux conventions collectives (salaires, heures supplémentaires, vacances, avantages)
Agir comme point de contact principal pour les questions liées à la paie
Vérifier et valider les données de paie (embauches, départs, promotions, changements de poste)
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de sites pour assurer l’exactitude des informations
Effectuer la conciliation des données de paie avec les systèmes de gestion du temps
Préparer les rapports de paie, les remises gouvernementales et les déclarations fiscales
Participer aux activités de fin d’année et aux audits
Maintenir des dossiers précis dans les systèmes RH et de paie
Collaborer avec l’équipe interne pour assurer la cohérence et l’exactitude

Exigences

Formation postsecondaire en paie, ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)
Titre de professionnel en conformité de la paie (PCP) ou en voie d’obtention (atout)
Expérience en traitement de la paie dans un environnement multi-sites ou complexe
Bonne connaissance des conventions collectives et de la paie syndiquée
Expérience avec un SIRH (Ceridian Dayforce ou équivalent, un atout)
Grande attention aux détails et souci de précision
Excellentes compétences en Excel et en informatique
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
Excellentes aptitudes en communication
Haut niveau de discrétion avec les informations confidentielles
