Moncton, NB

Hybrid – 3 days in office

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000 + 6% Incentive Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

What Will You Do?

Process payroll for multiple business units with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Manage payroll calculations for salaried and hourly employees, including overtime, vacation payouts, benefits, and leaves
Review, reconcile, and audit payroll data to resolve discrepancies and ensure legislative compliance
Prepare payroll remittances, tax filings, T4/T4A/RL-1 reporting, and related documentation
Support internal and external payroll audits
Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize payroll systems, including UKG Pro
Develop advanced payroll reporting and analytics to support leadership decision-making
Lead payroll process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related inquiries across HR, Finance, and leadership teams
Support complex payroll scenarios including retroactive adjustments, taxable benefits, executive compensation, and multi-province payroll processing
Participate in payroll-related projects, integrations, and compliance initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive employee and payroll information

What Do You Bring?

7+ years of payroll experience supporting large employee populations and multi-province payroll environments
PCP designation required; CPM designation considered a strong asset
Strong experience with payroll systems such as UKG Pro
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros
Deep understanding of Canadian payroll legislation, tax regulations, and benefits administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience leading projects and driving process improvements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
