Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
Handle multi-line phone systems, screening calls and providing prompt, courteous customer support
Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper—to ensure quick retrieval of documents
Support medical or dental office functions by managing appointment scheduling, patient records, and insurance documentation
Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and supporting clients or patients with professionalism

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Prior clerical experience including data entry, filing, and managing multi-line phone systems
Excellent communication skills with proper phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining high levels of accuracy in proofreading documents
Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus, including familiarity with front desk procedures and medical office software
Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new technology quickly
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
