Administrative Assistant – Clinical Research

GA Research Associates Ltd. – Moncton, NB

Full-time | Monday–Thursday | On-site

GA Research Associates is a growing clinical research clinic conducting clinical trials in collaboration with pharmaceutical and research partners. We are looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The Role

You will support the day-to-day operations of the clinic and often be the first point of contact for study participants. You will work closely with physicians, study coordinators, nurses, laboratory staff, and other members of our research team.

Previous clinical research experience is not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

● Greeting study participants and managing reception activities

● Answering telephone calls, emails, and general inquiries

● Scheduling and confirming appointments

● Managing clinic calendars and assisting with visit coordination

● Maintaining organized electronic and paper records

● Scanning, filing, preparing documents, and general office administration

● Assisting with participant recruitment and responding to potential participant inquiries

● Supporting study coordinators and research staff with administrative and study-related tasks

● Maintaining confidentiality of participant and research information

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

● Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with patients and the public

● Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities

● Comfortable with computers and learning new software

● Able to work independently and as part of a small team

● Motivated to learn, take initiative, and grow with the organization

This role is expected to evolve as GA Research grows. We are looking for someone interested in taking on new tasks, learning additional aspects of clinical research, and assuming greater responsibility over time.

Experience in a medical office, healthcare, research, or administrative setting is an asset but not required. Bilingualism in English and French is not required, but is considered an asset.

Position Details

Full-time, Monday to Thursday

On-site in Moncton, NB

Compensation commensurate with experience
