We're looking for ambitious, people-oriented individuals to join our sales team as entry-level Customer Account Specialists. You'll gain practical experience working directly with customers, managing account needs, presenting available solutions, and helping people make informed decisions – all while building professional skills that can support your long-term growth.
We'll teach you the systems, products, processes, and account procedures through paid training and ongoing mentorship. You bring the communication skills, curiosity, work ethic, and willingness to become excellent at what you do.
Your Day-to-Day
- Build positive relationships with new and existing customers through genuine conversations
- Learn about each customer's current account, priorities, and needs before recommending available options
- Explain products, services, promotions, and account changes clearly and confidently
- Recognize opportunities to improve a customer's current setup and recommend solutions that create additional value
- Guide customers through new enrollments, upgrades, and account changes from conversation to completion
- Answer questions and address concerns with professionalism, patience, and care
- Maintain accurate customer and account information while managing follow-ups and daily priorities
- Work alongside teammates and leadership to maintain strong customer service and performance standards
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and service updates
- Continue developing your communication, presentation, customer relations, and business skills through ongoing coaching

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, reception, or another people-focused environment is an asset, but not required
- You're available for a full-time schedule
- Availability to start within 1–2 weeks is considered an asset

This is a full-time, in-person position that includes daily attendance at our office and assigned customer locations.
Pay: $47,000.00-$59,000.00 per year
