Full job description

We are looking to hire a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly. The restaurant supervisor's responsibilities include overseeing the activities of restaurant staff and expediting customers' orders as needed.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the following:

Oversee the work of restaurant staff.
Schedule shifts and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
Train new employees on restaurant policies, customer service skills, and job duties.
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complaints promptly.
Interact with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
Assist in taking orders and serving food and beverages during busy periods.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
