Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Social Media & Business Operations Assistant to join Artistlynne, a new Canadian skincare brand based in the Greater Moncton area.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience helping build a growing business from the ground up. You will support social media, content creation, basic website updates, customer communication, order preparation, inventory organization, and day-to-day business activities.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, comfortable with technology, dependable, and willing to learn. You don't need to know everything—we are looking for someone who is motivated, takes initiative, and is excited to contribute ideas as the business grows.

Responsibilities

Help create and post content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms
Take photos and short videos of products and behind-the-scenes activities
Help brainstorm creative content and marketing ideas
Assist with basic website and product updates
Respond to routine emails and customer inquiries
Assist with preparing online orders
Organize and track inventory and supplies
Help receive and organize shipments
Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry
Research social media trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities
Help with simple promotional and advertising activities
Bring new ideas to help Artistlynne grow

Qualifications

Reliable, organized, and responsible
Comfortable using social media platforms
Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic online tools
Creative and willing to share ideas
Good communication skills
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Willing to learn new software and business tools
Previous experience in social media, marketing, administration, customer service, or e-commerce is an asset but not required
