Full job description

Moncton Honda is looking for an experienced, driven Used Car Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands inventory management, sales leadership, and customer experience, and is passionate about building a high-performing sales culture.

Duties:

As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our pre-owned vehicle operations, including:

Managing used vehicle inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and aging
Supervising vehicle reconditioning
Appraising trades and desking deals
Leading and coaching the sales team to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
Monitoring internet, phone, and showroom traffic through CRM
Ensuring proper follow-up processes are executed consistently
Working closely with the GSM, Sales Managers, and other departments to drive profitability and operational efficiency
Participating in sales meetings, training initiatives, and marketing strategy discussions
Managing online vehicle merchandising and digital advertising efforts
Maintaining strong lender and auction relationships
Reviewing KPIs, sales reports, inventory performance, and departmental metrics regularly

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous automotive sales management experience (2+ years)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Experience with vehicle appraisals and inventory management
Knowledge of CRM/TMS systems and digital lead management
Strong communication and organizational abilities
A results-driven mindset with a focus on customer experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Knowledge of V-Auto or similar inventory management tools considered an asset
