Nous recherchons un(e) Commis aux Pièces pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal devra être organisé(e), avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et être capable de gérer les commandes de pièces de manière efficace.

*Responsabilités*

- Gérer les commandes de pièces et assurer leur traitement dans les délais impartis

- Communiquer efficacement pour répondre aux besoins en matière de pièces

- Utiliser des outils tels qu'Excel et un logiciel de gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (MIR) pour suivre et gérer les stocks de pièces

- Assurer un service clientèle de qualité en répondant aux demandes par téléphone et par courriel

- Négocier avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achat

- Collaborer avec l'équipe pour optimiser les processus liés aux pièces

*Expérience*

- Expérience préalable dans la gestion des commandes et la satisfaction client

- Maîtrise d'Excel et des logiciels Excel et Word

- Bonne maîtrise du français et anglais

- Compétences organisationnelles solides

- Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais

- Connaissance du système MIR (atout)

We are looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage parts orders efficiently.

*Responsibilities*

- Manage parts orders and ensure their timely processing

- Communicate effectively to address parts needs

- Use tools such as Excel and a computerized maintenance management system (MIR) to track and manage parts inventory

- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone and email

- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing terms

- Collaborate with the team to optimize parts-related processes

*Experience*

- Previous experience in order management and customer satisfaction

- Proficiency in Excel and Word

- Fluency in French and English

- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Knowledge of the MIR system (an asset)
