Préposé(e) à l’entretien / Concierge

Le Collège est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) préposé(e) à l’entretien / concierge fiable et polyvalent(e) afin d’assurer l’entretien général et le bon fonctionnement de ses installations scolaires.

Responsabilités principales

Effectuer l’entretien ménager quotidien des salles de classe, bureaux, corridors et espaces communs
Veiller à la propreté et à la sécurité des lieux
Effectuer certaines réparations mineures et signaler les besoins d’entretien plus importants
Préparer les salles selon les besoins des activités et des cours
Assurer le réapprovisionnement des produits et fournitures d’entretien
Participer à l’ouverture et/ou à la fermeture du bâtiment au besoin
Collaborer avec l’administration afin de maintenir un environnement propre, sécuritaire et accueillant pour les étudiants et le personnel

Exigences

Expérience en entretien d’immeuble ou conciergerie (un atout)
Sens des responsabilités et autonomie
Fiabilité et ponctualité
Capacité à effectuer certaines tâches physiques
Connaissance de base des réparations mineures (un atout)
Français fonctionnel; anglais un atout

Conditions

Poste à temps plein dimanche au jeudi (7h00- 16h00)

Caretaker / Janitor

The College is currently seeking a reliable and versatile Caretaker / Janitor to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of its school facilities.

Main Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises
Carry out minor repairs and report larger maintenance needs
Prepare classrooms and spaces for classes and activities as needed
Restock cleaning supplies and maintenance materials
Assist with opening and/or closing the building when required
Work collaboratively with administration to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students and staff

Requirements

Experience in building maintenance or janitorial work (an asset)
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Strong punctuality and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical tasks
Basic knowledge of minor repairs and maintenance (an asset)
Functional English; French is an asset

Conditions

Full-time (Sunday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm)
Professional and dynamic work environment

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
