Nous recrutons le ou la premier·ère designer de marque / directeur·trice artistique chez Xona afin de définir la manière dont cette technologie est perçue, comprise et vécue. Ce rôle clé en design travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la direction du marketing afin de faire évoluer et déployer l’identité visuelle de Xona à travers l’ensemble des points de contact — des éléments graphiques intégrés à nos satellites jusqu’aux outils d’aide à la vente, aux expériences web et aux campagnes de marque.
La personne retenue sera responsable de concevoir des récits visuels clairs, tout en mettant en place les systèmes sous-jacents permettant d’assurer cohérence et évolutivité, contribuant ainsi à définir une nouvelle catégorie émergente de services de localisation haut de gamme.
Qualifications requises
3 à 5 ans d’expérience en design de marque et en direction artistique, avec un accent sur les systèmes d’identité visuelle et leur évolution
Sens visuel développé et souci du détail, avec une forte capacité éditoriale et une compréhension du rythme, de la narration et de la progression des idées au sein d’un système
Capacité à naviguer entre une vision détaillée (micro) et globale (macro), et à communiquer efficacement ces deux niveaux aux parties prenantes internes et externes
Portfolio démontrant des compétences en développement de concepts, en réflexion stratégique de campagnes et en exécution soignée sur plusieurs points de contact
Expérience dans la vulgarisation de concepts complexes ou techniques à travers une narration visuelle accessible, adaptée à différents niveaux de profondeur
Capacité démontrée à travailler sur divers supports et canaux de marque, incluant le web, les médias sociaux, l’imprimé et les expériences immersives
Aisance à évoluer dans un environnement ambigu et rapide, avec un fort sens des responsabilités
Maîtrise de Figma, de la suite Adobe Creative et des outils de design essentiels, avec capacité à prototyper et itérer rapidement
Autonomie et proactivité : capacité à identifier des problèmes, proposer des solutions et les mettre en œuvre

Expérience en tant que designer au sein d’une jeune entreprise (startup), idéalement à un stade précoce
Expérience en motion design, en vidéo ou en illustration appliquée à des systèmes de marque ou à des campagnes
Expérience en direction artistique de projets de marque complexes avec des partenaires créatifs externes

Compétences en illustration, en schématisation ou en design de l’information

We’re hiring Xona’s first Brand Designer / Art Director to define how this technology is seen, understood, and experienced. This foundational design role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to evolve and extend Xona’s visual identity across every touchpoint, from graphics that live on our satellites to sales enablement assets, web experiences, and brand campaigns.
The right person will architect clear visual stories while building the systems underneath it that unlock consistency and scale, collectively defining the emerging category of premium location services.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in brand design and art direction, with a focus on identity systems and brand evolution
Strong visual eye and attention to detail, with editorial instincts and an understanding of pacing, narrative, and how ideas build across a system
Ability to switch from micro to macro and communicate both levels of vision to internal stakeholders and external partners
Portfolio demonstrating concept development, strategic campaign thinking, and refined execution across multiple touchpoints
Experience translating complex or technical concepts into accessible visual storytelling across different levels of depth
Proven ability to work across brand surfaces and mediums, including web, social, print, and experiential
Comfort operating with ambiguity and high ownership in a fast-moving environment
Mastery of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and core design tools with the ability to prototype and iterate quickly
Self-directed with a bias toward action. You identify problems, propose solutions, and execute
Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with both creative partners and technical stakeholders
Practical experience using AI tools in the creative process, with strong judgment on when and how to apply them
Desired Qualifications
Experience as an early or founding designer at an early-stage startup
Motion, video, or illustration experience applied to brand systems or campaigns
Experience art directing complex brand work with external creative partners
Experience building interactive brand or web experiences (e.g. Framer)
Strength in illustration, diagramming, or information design
Background working on integrated brand campaigns, contributing to art direction and production across video or photo
