About the Role
CTM International giftware Inc seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with exceptional artwork and production design skills. The ideal candidate is not only creative but also highly technical, capable of producing flawless, print-ready and digital artwork while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging, marketing collateral, large-format graphics, and production artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality artwork for print and digital applications.
- Develop packaging designs, labels, product artwork, brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
- Prepare accurate print-ready files according to production specifications.
- Ensure all artwork meets brand standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations.
- Perform artwork revisions, adaptations, and versioning with precision and attention to detail.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Review proofs and ensure final outputs are error-free before production.
Required Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator (advanced level).
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
- Proven experience creating production-ready artwork.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, color management, bleeds, dielines, and prepress requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines while delivering creative solutions.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Experience in packaging, product labeling, signage, retail displays, or commercial printing is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing artwork, packaging, and production design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-format printing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
- Photography and image retouching skills.
- Experience working with manufacturers, printers, and production vendors.

Responsabilités
- Concevoir et réaliser des visuels créatifs pour l’impression et les médias numériques.
- Produire des illustrations, emballages, étiquettes, brochures, catalogues, affiches, bannières et matériel promotionnel.
- Préparer des fichiers d’impression conformes aux spécifications techniques (fonds perdus, traits de coupe, profils couleur, etc.).
- Assurer la qualité et l’exactitude des arts finaux avant leur mise en production.
- Effectuer les modifications, adaptations et déclinaisons des visuels existants.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing, ventes et production pour développer des concepts visuels efficaces.
- Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant les échéanciers.
- Vérifier les épreuves et assurer un contrôle qualité rigoureux avant impression ou diffusion.
Qualifications requises
Compétences essentielles
- Excellente maîtrise de Adobe Illustrator (niveau avancé obligatoire).
- Très bonne connaissance de Adobe Photoshop et Adobe InDesign.
- Expérience démontrée en création d’illustrations et préparation d’arts finaux.
- Solide compréhension des procédés d’impression, du prépresse, de la gestion des couleurs et des exigences de production.
- Sens aigu du détail et de la précision.
- Capacité à travailler rapidement tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité.
Expérience
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en design graphique.
- Expérience en emballage, étiquetage, affichage, impression commerciale ou produits promotionnels fortement souhaitée.
- Portfolio démontrant des réalisations en illustration, conception graphique et production d’arts finaux.
Atouts
- Expérience en impression grand format.
- Connaissances en montage vidéo ou animation graphique.
