Poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’excellents opérateurs pour faire partie de notre équipe de production. Tu assureras la production de produits d’une qualité inégalée à l’aide de machines récentes et sophistiquées unique au Canada. Une personne qui aime les défis et qui désir se développer dans un environnement stimulant.

Responsabilités

Programmer, ajuster et régler les paramètres et outils de la machine.
Noter les renseignements concernant la production, tels que la quantité, le poids, la taille, la date et les différents types de produits emballés.
Surveiller les indicateurs, les relevés d'ordinateur et les écrans de contrôle pour vérifier les conditions de transformation prescrites et faire des réglages pour modifier des variables au besoin.
Fabriquer des emballages conformes aux standards de qualité.
Faire l’entretien préventif de la machine.
Participer au ‘’troubleshooting’’ des problématiques opérationnelles et des équipements, effectuer les ajustements requis.
Participer à la révision et rédaction des procédures associées au poste de travail.
Former les nouveaux employés sur les tâches associées au poste de travail.

Exigences

Expérience à titre d’opérateur en entreprise manufacturière ou expérience équivalente
Expérience mécanique (atout considérable)
Aisance dans l’utilisation de systèmes informatisés
Capacité à lire les bons de commandes et souci du détail
Respect des délais et consignes
Bonne forme physique

Position

We are looking for an excellent operator to join our production team. You will ensure the production of products of high quality using recent and sophisticated machines unique in Canada. A person who likes challenges and who wants to develop in a stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

Program, adjust and set machine parameters and tools
Record production information such as quality, weight, size, date, and different types of products packed.
Monitor indicators, computer readings and control screens to verify prescribed processing conditions and adjust modify variables as required.
Manufacture packaging that meets quality standards.
Perform preventive maintenance on the machine.
Participate in the troubleshooting of operational issues and equipment, make the required adjustments.
Participate in the revision and drafting of procedures associated with the workstation.
Train new employees on the tasks associated with the workstation.

Requirements

Experience as an operator in a manufacturing company or equivalent experience.
Mechanic experience ( assets)
Comfortable with the use of computerized systems.
Ability to read purchase orders and attention to detail.
Respect of deadlines and instructions.
Good physical shape.
