We are looking for energetic Brand Supervisors and Team Leads. This is your chance to lead high-energy event teams and deliver unforgettable gaming experiences at major events. In this role, you will be responsible for leading brand staff on-site, overseeing event-day logistics, managing schedules and team communication, supporting set-up and tear-down, troubleshooting on-site challenges, and ensuring activations run smoothly from start to finish.
Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Brand Ambassador (Inventa and stakeholder) accountability and responsibilities.
- Take leadership of the team and step in when the Supervisor is not present.
- Support the Supervisor with delegated operational and administrative tasks, acting as a reliable support to execute priorities efficiently.
- Act as a key point of contact for Brand Ambassadors and on-site contacts/vendors during shifts, communicating respectfully, clearly, and efficiently with both the accounts team and in-field staff.
- Provide guidance and direction to Brand Ambassadors, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a highly team-oriented environment.
- Reinforce and deliver key messaging aligned with client objectives, leveraging a strong knowledge of games and product details.
- Monitor staff performance, readiness, and engagement throughout the shift, offering coaching, feedback, and follow-ups as needed.
- Proactively anticipate team and operational needs, taking initiative before direction is required.
- Support the creation and management of efficient break schedules to maintain strong coverage and team performance.
- Help de-escalate operational issues calmly and professionally, escalating unresolved matters, suggestions, or concerns to the Supervisor as appropriate.
- Ensure proper use and management of company assets, including reporting damages, tracking inventory, and maintaining organization.
- Build strong, positive relationships among team members and with Supervisors and stakeholders.
- Safeguard the well-being of staff at all times, maintaining a supportive and respectful team environment.
- Lead and support setup and teardown, ensuring all assets are handled safely, responsibly, and stored properly.
- Remain adaptable and composed under pressure, maintaining efficiency and professionalism in fast-paced environments.
Supervisor responsibilities
- Maintain timely flow of communication within field representatives, managers, and Inventa departments to ensure all program objectives are met and ultimately surpassed.
- Maintain excellent communication with the Account Coordinator/Executive on the status of program activities.
- Leverage strong attention to detail, organization, and clear, respectful communication to collaborate efficiently with the accounts team and in-field staff and stakeholders while ensuring accuracy in all deliverables. Demonstrate strong knowledge of games and product details to support program success and team alignment.
- Adapt quickly in dynamic environments while remaining calm under pressure, making informed decisions that support both team performance and client expectations. Provide respectful and efficient guidance to staff, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
- Responsible for driving, parking, and picking up/dropping off rental vehicles.
- Complete all weekly program reports, including the review of daily recaps for the team in a timely and efficient manner (photos, metrics, comments, highlights, lowlights, and staff feedback), ensuring all deadlines are met with accuracy.
- Ensure the intellectual property and proprietary information of the company are protected, and confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Ensure team evaluations are completed for all field representatives and submitted on time in collaboration with Account Coordinator and Executive
- Maintain a strong on-site presence and team focus to support execution and performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members to ensure smooth operations while motivating the team through long work stretches to keep everyone focused, engaged, and on task—particularly in high-demand environments such as Toronto activations.
- Create and manage break schedules (if not managed by Team Lead) to maintain coverage.
- Make quick, informed decisions regarding logistics, footprint, giveaways, and operational adjustments, with the ability to action changes quickly and accurately while balancing team and client needs.
- Actively participate across all execution phases, including set-up, teardown, and maintaining site cleanliness.
- Step in to cover Brand Ambassador roles during breaks as needed to maintain high-quality operations.
- Demonstrate strong technical comfort with systems and tools required for reporting, communication, and program execution.
Team Leader & Supervisor Requirements:
- A driver’s license and access to a vehicle are mandatory requirements for supervisor.
- Access to a vehicle is considered an asset or “nice to have”
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.
- Arriving at the event on time and by own means
- Comfortable with heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable travelling for work
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate:
- Team Lead: $28/hr
- Supervisor: $30/hr
