Dans un contexte de forte croissance, nous recherchons un designer graphique avec une forte orientation web et e-commerce, capable de contribuer directement à l’expérience client en ligne.

Description du poste

En tant que Designer Graphique & Web, vous serez responsable de la création visuelle de la marque, avec un focus majoritaire sur le digital et le web :

Conception de visuels pour le site web et les plateformes e-commerce (IBMirror / Paris Mirror)
Création de bannières, landing pages et éléments visuels optimisés pour la conversion
Intégration et adaptation des designs sur le web (atout majeur)
Amélioration continue de l’expérience visuelle utilisateur (UX/UI)
Création de catalogues produits (PDF, brochures, lookbooks)
Design de documents corporatifs et présentations commerciales
Création de contenus visuels pour les réseaux sociaux
Production d’images produits, retouche photo et mise en scène
Création de visuels publicitaires (Meta, Google, email marketing)
Collaboration avec les équipes marketing et produit pour assurer une image cohérente et performante

Compétences recherchées

Excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Bonne compréhension du design web et e-commerce (ESSENTIEL)
Expérience ou capacité en intégration web (HTML/CSS ou CMS) = très fort atout
Capacité à créer des visuels haut de gamme, modernes et minimalistes
Sens du détail, autonomie et rapidité d’exécution
Expérience en e-commerce (atout majeur)
Connaissance de la retouche produit (lumière, textures, 3D simple)

Exigences

2 à 5 ans d’expérience en design graphique
Formation en design graphique, communication visuelle ou équivalent
Portfolio obligatoire
Français courant, anglais fonctionnel
Présence à Montréal (mode hybride ou sur place)

Job Description

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will be responsible for the visual creation of the brand, with a primary focus on digital and web:

Designing visuals for the website and e-commerce platforms (IBMirror / Paris Mirror)
Creating banners, landing pages, and conversion-optimized visual assets
Integrating and adapting designs for the web (major asset)
Continuously improving the user visual experience (UX/UI)
Creating product catalogs (PDFs, brochures, lookbooks)
Designing corporate documents and sales presentations
Creating visual content for social media
Producing product imagery, photo retouching, and staging
Creating advertising visuals (Meta, Google, email marketing)
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent and high-performing brand image

Required Skills

Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of web design and e-commerce (ESSENTIAL)
Experience or ability in web integration (HTML/CSS or CMS) = strong asset
Ability to create high-end, modern, minimalist visuals
Strong attention to detail, autonomy, and execution speed
E-commerce experience (major asset)
Knowledge of product retouching (lighting, textures, basic 3D)

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
Portfolio required
Fluent French, functional English
Based in Montréal (hybrid or on-site)
