Your mission

As a Human Resources Advisor, you will report to the HR Director and play a central role in the department's activities. You will actively participate in deploying HR initiatives, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, training, and labor relations.

This role is a great opportunity to develop your expertise by contributing concretely to diverse and value-added projects. In collaboration with the HR team and managers, you will help provide a positive and consistent employee experience.

Recruitment and onboarding:

Draft and post job offers;
Handle staffing for assigned positions (pre-screening, phone interviews, sourcing, pre-employment checks, medical exams);
Prepare job offers and contracts;
Organize the onboarding and integration of new employees (integration plans, orientation, welcome materials);
Coordinate with internal teams, including IT.

General human resources management:

Conduct exit interviews;
Coordinate internal and external training sessions;
Conduct disciplinary investigations and draft disciplinary notices, if necessary;
Compile and structure training data (1% law);
Ensure follow-up and updates on work permits.

Administration:

Review documents (employee handbook, communications, etc.);
Support administrative activities and propose improvements;
Contribute to organizing internal events;
Perform other related tasks.

Desired profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
Experience in recruitment;
Experience in administration or human resources management;
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite;
Flawless bilingualism (French and English) required. Ability to write and converse in both languages without difficulty;
