Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area remains clean and welcoming for guests, while supporting the waitstaff in delivering exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Clean and set tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
Assist servers by refilling drinks, delivering food, and clearing away dishes as needed.
Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
Help with the organization of the kitchen and storage areas to ensure efficient operations.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
Support other staff members during busy periods to enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and hospitality.
Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to details.
Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
