Imperial has earned its reputation as a leading North American force in the design, development and distribution of a full range of apparel and accessories. We market products for all genders, to all retail tiers - from mass market merchants to high end department stores, specialty boutiques and sporting goods retailers.

Position Overview

Imperial Apparel Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support our Sales team and help drive the continued growth of our apparel lines. This is a key support role working closely with the VP of Sales on client presentations, order book management & follow-through.

The ideal candidate will play an essential role in the day-to-day administration of the sales support function, ensuring accurate information flow, impeccable SKU management, and clear communication both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Support the VP of Sales with sales, operational & clerical tasks
Coordinate all aspects of the sales & sales operations communications
Coordinate and gather props, samples, and materials for meetings and presentations
Comfortable with client facing presentations
Manage various sample requests and track sample movement
Handle and organize samples returned from buyers
Gather swatches and create colour cards, charts, and related materials
Take photos and detailed notes during meetings
Assist with showroom setup and presentation
Support item creation and merchandising needs
Execute ad-hoc projects as required by the Sales team
Complete and maintain cost forms with accuracy and attention to detail
Work with 3PL to ensure orders are shipped on time
Verify inbound and ensure product is arriving on time from factories

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors in related field or equivalent 3-5 years’ office work experience
Strong sense of customer service
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong computer proficiency, including Adobe Illustrator, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Adaptable and responsive to changing business demands
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to figure things out

Imperial Apparel Group est à la recherche d’un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Commercial(e) organisé(e) et proactif(ve) pour soutenir l’équipe des ventes et contribuer à la croissance continue de nos lignes de vêtements. Il s’agit d’un rôle clé de soutien, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le/la Vice-Président(e) des Ventes sur le les présentations clients et le suivi du carnet de commandes.

Le/la candidat(e) jouera un rôle essentiel dans l’administration quotidienne des activités commerciales, en assurant une circulation précise de l’information, une gestion irréprochable des SKU et une communication claire, tant en interne qu’en externe.

Responsabilités principales

Les responsabilités incluent, sans s’y limiter :

Assister le vice-président des ventes dans les tâches commerciales, opérationnelles et administratives
Coordonner tous les aspects de la communication relative aux ventes et aux opérations commerciales
Coordonner et rassembler les accessoires, les échantillons et le matériel nécessaires aux réunions et aux présentations
Être à l'aise avec les présentations en face à face avec les clients
Gérer les différentes demandes d'échantillons et suivre leur circulation
Traiter et organiser les échantillons retournés par les acheteurs
Rassembler les échantillons de tissu et créer des nuanciers, des tableaux et tout autre matériel connexe
Prendre des photos et des notes détaillées pendant les réunions
Aider à la mise en place du showroom et à la présentation
Apporter un soutien pour la création d'articles et les besoins en merchandising
Réaliser des projets ponctuels selon les besoins de l'équipe commerciale
Remplir et tenir à jour les formulaires de coûts avec précision et souci du détail
Travailler avec le prestataire logistique (3PL) pour garantir que les commandes sont expédiées à temps
Vérifier les arrivages et s'assurer que les produits arrivent à temps depuis les usines

Qualifications et compétences

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et grand souci du détail
Capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs tâches et priorités
Maîtrise approfondie des outils informatiques, notamment d’Adobe Illustrator, d’Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint
Capacité à s’adapter à un environnement et à des priorités en constante évolution
Capacité à travailler de manière autonome
Esprit d’initiative, débrouillardise et bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes
