Description sommaire du poste proposé :

Afin de combler les besoins de ses clients dans le secteur des TIC, FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche de Coach agiles motivés à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient d'accompagner l’adoption Agile à l’échelle, former et coacher sur Scrum, Kanban et SAFe, faciliter ateliers et rétrospectives, identifier les freins et proposer des plans de transformation, mettre en place des métriques de valeur, promouvoir collaboration et autonomie en multi-équipes, et assurer l’alignement avec la gouvernance.

Description spécifique des responsabilités :

Sans s'y limiter, les principales responsabilités seraient de:

Accompagner l’adoption Agile à l’échelle de l’organisation.
Former et coacher sur Scrum, Kanban et les cadres SAFe.
Faciliter ateliers et rétrospectives au niveau équipe et portfolio.
Identifier les freins et proposer des plans de transformation Agile.
Mettre en place des métriques de performance et de valeur Agile.
Promouvoir collaboration, autonomie et apprentissage en multi-équipes.
Assurer l’alignement entre équipes Agiles, RTE, PO et gouvernance..

Description du profil recherché :

Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion de projet, administration ou disciplines connexes.
Minimum huit (08) années d’expérience dans la mise en place et l'accompagnement en agilité.
Minimum cinq (05) années d’expérience comme coach agile.
Expérience dans deux (02) projets d’un minimum de six (06) mois chacun comme coach agile.
Expérience en agilité à l'échelle basé sur la cadre SAFe.
Expérience avec Azure DevOps.
Expérience dans les organismes publics ou privés du Canada.
Détenir la certification suivante: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
Détenir l'une des certifications suivantes: PSM I, PSM II, SASM, SAFE Agilist 6, RTE
Langue : Français

Brief description of the position:

To meet its clients’ needs in the ICT sector, FOP CONSULTANTS is seeking motivated Agile Coaches to carry out assignments. The main responsibilities would include supporting scaled Agile adoption, training and coaching on Scrum, Kanban and SAFe, facilitating workshops and retrospectives, identifying obstacles and proposing transformation plans, implementing value metrics, promoting collaboration and autonomy across multi-team environments, and ensuring alignment with governance.

Main responsibilities:

Without limitation, the main tasks involve:

Prepare the work plan based on the objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee technology projects.
Define and track objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure liaison and alignment among all stakeholders.
Monitor progress, identify gaps, and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and manage risks.
Ensure accountability reporting and produce the required reports.

Qualifications:

University degree in computer science, project management, administration, or related fields.
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in implementing and supporting agility.
Minimum five (5) years of experience as an Agile Coach.
Experience on two (2) projects, each lasting at least six (6) months, as an Agile Coach.
Experience with scaled agility based on the SAFe framework.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience with public or private organizations in Canada.
Hold the following certification: SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
Hold one of the following certifications: PSM I, PSM II, SASM, SAFe Agilist 6, RTE.
Language: French.
