Position: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk – Bilingual

Your Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle AR/AP Management:

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Process invoices, payments, credits, and reconciliations.
Maintain accurate and complete financial and accounting records.
Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Collaboration and Compliance:

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and issues promptly.
Ensure strict compliance with internal controls and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in AR/AP functions.
Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency with accounting software (Zoho experience) and MS Office suite.
Ability and commitment to work 100% on-site.
Strong organizational discipline, high attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Canadian residency mandatory.
