Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Comptable Senior motivé(e) et qualifié(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle central dans le maintien de l’intégrité de l’information financière de l’entreprise. Vous serez chargé de gérer les principales fonctions comptables, de tenir une comptabilité rigoureuse, de répondre aux exigences en matière d'audit et de conformité, et d'assister la direction dans le cadre des initiatives liées aux achats et à l'analyse des coûts des fournisseurs.

Responsabilités principales

Gérer les charges à payer, les charges payées d'avance, les amortissements et les tableaux d'amortissement
Préparer les rapprochements de comptes et assurer l'exactitude des soldes du grand livre
Maintenir les registres des immobilisations et assurer le traitement comptable approprié
Gérer les transactions intercompagnie et les rapprochements entre les entités
Préparer les déclarations gouvernementales et les tableaux liés à la fiscalité, au besoin
Coordonner avec les vérificateurs externes et soutenir les exigences de vérification annuelle
Supporter les activités de budgétisation et de prévision en préparant des données financières et des analyses
Supporter les initiatives d'achats et de contrôle des coûts en examinant les demandes d'augmentation de tarifs fournisseurs, en analysant la tarification des fournisseurs et en évaluant la compétitivité du marché

Qualifications requises

Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience comptable
Bilinguisme (francais et anglais)
Solide connaissance de la clôture mensuelle, du rapportage financier
Compétences Excel avancées et maîtrise des systèmes ERP
Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d'organisation
Grande attention aux détails et à l'exactitude dans des environnements à haut volume

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a central role in maintaining the integrity of the company's financial information. You will be responsible for managing key accounting functions, maintaining rigorous accounting records, meeting audit and compliance requirements, and assisting management with procurement and supplier cost analysis initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

Manage accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and amortization schedules
Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger balances
Maintain fixed asset records and ensure proper accounting treatment
Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across entities
Prepare government filings and tax-related schedules, as required
Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end audit requirements
Support budgeting and forecasting activities by preparing financial data and analysis
Support procurement and cost control initiatives by reviewing supplier rate increase requests, analyzing vendor pricing, and assessing market competitiveness

Qualifications required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Bilingual (French and English)
Strong knowledge of month-end close and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
