Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced pizza maker to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on pizza preparation experience, demonstrating proficiency in food handling, cooking, and food safety standards. This role involves preparing high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent food service and meal preparation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
Handle food with proper safety and hygiene practices in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as dough, sauces, and toppings
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and workstations
Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent food service
Follow all food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality control
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment during peak hours
Adhere to restaurant policies regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures

Skills

Minimum of 2 years pizza making experience in a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Experience with food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to serve guests professionally
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation related to pizza preparation
Familiarity with restaurant operations and food industry best practices
