Nous recherchons un boulanger qualifié pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat idéal sera passionné par la boulangerie et aura de l'expérience dans un environnement de cuisine. En tant que boulanger, vous serez responsable de la préparation d'une variété de produits de boulangerie tout en respectant les normes de sécurité alimentaire. Disponible les fins de semaine et pour les quarts de travail de 16h à minuit.

Responsabilités :

- Préparer et cuire une large gamme de produits de boulangerie, y compris des biscuits, muffins, gâteaux, scones et autres desserts

- Suivre les recettes et les horaires de production pour répondre aux demandes des clients

- Emballer et présenter les produits de boulangerie de manière attrayante

- Assurer le stockage et la manipulation appropriés de tous les produits alimentaires

- Maintenir la propreté et l'organisation dans la cuisine

Expérience :

- Expérience préalable dans une boulangerie ou une cuisine préférée

- Connaissance des pratiques et procédures de sécurité alimentaire

- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide tout en maintenant des normes de qualité

- Expérience en décoration de gâteaux est un plus

- Maîtrise des techniques de préparation des aliments et manipulation de divers ingrédients

- Compétences solides en boulangerie avec la capacité de produire des produits de boulangerie de haute qualité

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and have experience working in a kitchen environment. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while adhering to food safety standards. Must be available weekends and be available to work evening shifts (4pm-12am).

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods including cookies, muffins, cakes, scones, laminated pastry and other desserts
- Follow recipes and production schedules to meet customer demands
- Package and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all food products
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area

Experience:
- Prior experience in a bakery or kitchen setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Experience with cake decorating is a plus
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and handling various ingredients
- Strong baking skills with the ability to produce high-quality baked goods
