Mise en place :
Les serveurs participent à la préparation de l'espace événementiel, notamment en dressant les tables, en disposant les chaises et en installant le buffet ou les postes de service.

Préparation des plats et des boissons :
Ils peuvent participer à des tâches telles que la mise en place des amuse-gueules, la préparation des desserts ou la préparation des postes de boissons.

Servir les invités :
Il s'agit notamment de prendre les commandes, de servir les plats et les boissons aux invités et d'assurer un service rapide et efficace.

Service client :
Les serveurs sont tenus d'être attentifs aux besoins des invités, de répondre à leurs questions, de répondre à leurs préoccupations et de formuler des recommandations.

Entretien de la salle à manger :

Job Duties:
Set-up:
Servers help prepare the event space, including setting tables, arranging chairs, and setting up the buffet or serving stations.
Food and Beverage Preparation:
They may assist with tasks such as setting up appetizers, preparing desserts, or preparing beverage stations.
Serving Guests:
This includes taking orders, serving food and drinks to guests, and ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Customer Service:
Servers are required to be attentive to guests' needs, answer their questions, address their concerns, and make recommendations.
Dining Room Maintenance:
This involves clearing away finished dishes, refilling glasses, and ensuring the dining room remains clean and presentable.
Cleanup and Teardown:
Servers assist with clearing tables, cleaning up spills, and tearing down the event space, including putting away equipment and linens.
Inventory:
They may also be involved in counting and organizing leftover food and supplies.

Compliance with safety and sanitation regulations: This includes following food handling procedures and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Teamwork: Effective communication and collaboration with other servers and kitchen staff are essential to the smooth running of the event.
