Sommaire du poste:
La division Transit de Cadre offre à nos clients des solutions de services techniques ferroviaires, notamment la mise en service et les tests de nouveaux véhicules de transport en commun, la garantie, les réparations, la maintenance préventive et les services d'inspection. Nos entrepreneurs travaillent avec les principaux fournisseurs et agences de transport en commun de l’Ontario, garantissant que leur équipement est disponible pour fournir un service fiable et ponctuel à leurs passagers dans certains des plus grands réseaux de transport en commun d’Amérique du Nord.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez principalement responsable de la caractérisation et du support à la résolution des incidents K1S/K2/K3, ainsi que de l’inspection et de la vérification de la flotte.

Fonctions:

Effectuer le dépannage des trains (extraction des logs, analyse des données, diagnostics, maintenance corrective sous garantie).
Réaliser les activités d’inspection et de vérification de la flotte.
Mettre à jour avec précision la base de données des défaillances et signaler toute anomalie.
Supporter les investigations techniques spécifiques menées par l’ingénierie ou les fournisseurs.
Établir des processus, méthodes et outils adaptés à ces activités.
Assurer la qualité des diagnostics de défaillance.
Proposer des actions préventives et correctives afin d’améliorer la performance.
Respecter les objectifs contractuels de disponibilité.

Profil:

Technicien certifié ou formation/expérience pertinente dans un domaine technique (électrique, électromécanique ou électronique).
Connaissance des systèmes informatiques, incluant TCMS, PACIS, WFL, DCU et les capteurs de déraillement.
Fort engagement envers la santé et sécurité au travail, avec une approche proactive.
Esprit d’équipe avec d’excellentes compétences en communication en français (l’anglais est un atout).
Permis de conduire valide au Québec (préféré).

Summary of Position:
Cadre’s Transit division offers our clients technical rail service solutions including commissioning and testing of new transit vehicles, warranty, repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspection services. Our contractors work with the leading Ontario transit suppliers and agencies, ensuring their equipment is available to provide reliable on time service to their passengers in some of North America’s largest transit systems.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the characterization and support of K1S/K2/K3 issue resolution, as well as fleet inspection and verification.

Functions:

Perform train troubleshooting (log extraction, log analysis, diagnostics, corrective maintenance under warranty).
Carry out fleet inspection and verification activities.
Accurately update the failure database and report any deviations.
Support specific technical investigations led by engineering or suppliers.
Establish processes, methods, and tools adapted to these activities.
Ensure the quality of failure diagnostics.
Propose preventive and corrective actions to improve performance.
Meet contractual availability targets.

Profile:

Certified technician or relevant training and experience in a technical field (electrical, electromechanical, or electronics).
Knowledge of IT systems, including TCMS, PACIS, WFL, DCU, and derailment detection sensors.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with a proactive mindset.
Team player with excellent communication skills in French (English is an asset).
Valid Quebec driver’s license (preferred).
