Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Fashion Wholesale Manager to lead our wholesale division. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and customer service excellence, with a focus on technical and outside sales channels. As a key leader within our organization, the Fashion Wholesale Manager will play a pivotal role in business development and account management, ensuring our brand's success across various markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve wholesale revenue targets across diverse retail channels.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable terms and expand partnership opportunities.
Coordinate marketing initiatives tailored to wholesale clients, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and trade show participation.
Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through personalized service and tailored solutions.
Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze market trends, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products aligned with client needs.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and new potential markets for expansion.
Lead business development efforts by exploring new channels, territories, and partnerships to grow the wholesale footprint.

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales within the fashion or related industries.
Strong background in marketing strategies specific to wholesale markets.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Demonstrated success in technology sales or technical sales environments.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and analyzing data.
Expertise in negotiation tactics and closing high-value deals.
Ability to develop business strategies that drive growth through outside sales efforts.
Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data and sales performance metrics.
Leadership qualities that inspire teams and foster collaborative success across departments.
