Skilled Residential Renovation Tradesperson Wanted — Steady Work, Great Team, Room to Grow

Double A Construction is looking for an experienced, motivated renovation professional to join our crew. If you take pride in clean, high-quality work and want consistent hours with a company that treats you like family — this is the job for you.

What You'll Be Doing You'll work on a variety of residential renovation projects, including:

Tile installation (floors, backsplashes, showers)
Drywall installation, taping, and finishing
Flooring (hardwood, laminate, LVP, etc.)
Interior/exterior painting
Trim and finish carpentry (baseboards, crown molding, door/window casing)
Caulking and final detail/punch-list work

You don't need to be a master of every single trade above — but the more boxes you check, the better. We value versatility, craftsmanship, and someone who takes ownership of their work from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on experience in residential renovation or a related trade
Someone who knows their limits — confident enough to work independently, but smart enough to ask for help or flag an issue before it becomes a bigger (and costlier) problem
A strong work ethic — you want full weeks, steady hours, and the chance to make real money, not just clock in and out
Comfortable speaking briefly and professionally with homeowners on-site (updates, simple questions, walkthroughs)
A team player who works well alongside other crew members and takes direction from lead installers/foremen
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license

Vos tâches Vous travaillerez sur divers projets de rénovation résidentielle, notamment :

Installation de céramique (planchers, dosserets, douches)
Installation, jointoiement et finition de gypse (cloisons sèches)
Revêtements de sol (bois franc, stratifié, vinyle de luxe, etc.)
Peinture intérieure/extérieure
Menuiserie de finition (plinthes, moulures de couronne, chambranles de portes et fenêtres)
Calfeutrage et travaux de finition/liste de déficiences

Il n'est pas nécessaire de maîtriser parfaitement chacun de ces métiers — mais plus vous en cochez, mieux c'est. Nous valorisons la polyvalence, le savoir-faire, et une personne qui s'approprie son travail du début à la fin.

Ce que nous recherchons

2 ans ou plus d'expérience pratique en rénovation résidentielle ou dans un métier connexe
Une personne qui connaît ses limites — assez confiante pour travailler de façon autonome, mais assez avisée pour demander de l'aide ou signaler un problème avant qu'il ne devienne plus important (et plus coûteux)
Une forte éthique de travail — vous voulez des semaines complètes, des heures stables, et la possibilité de bien gagner votre vie, pas seulement pointer à l'horloge
À l'aise de discuter brièvement et professionnellement avec les clients sur le chantier (mises à jour, questions simples, visites)
Un(e) joueur(euse) d'équipe qui travaille bien avec les autres membres de l'équipe et suit les directives des chefs d'équipe/contremaîtres
Moyen de transport fiable
Permis de conduire valide
