Atwater Cocktail Club recherche un(e) serveur(se) bilingue ayant une forte connaissance des cocktails et spiritueux ainsi que des connaissances en sommellerie et gastronomie pour se joindre à notre équipe. Si vous croyez être un candidat qualifié et qui désire évoluer dans une équipe de travail jeune et dynamique, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Temps partiel

Description des tâches:

Effectuer la mise en place dans les aires de service et les nettoyer, préparer le système de point de vente et le fond de caisse
S’assurer d'offrir un bon service à la clientèle : accueillir les clients, leur présenter les cocktails et la nourriture, répondre aux questions éventuelles, prendre les commandes, s’assurer de respecter des délais raisonnables.
Percevoir et traiter les paiements : déterminer quel client paye pour quel item, encaisser les paiements
Participer à la fermeture de l'établissement : refaire la mise en place de la salle, effectuer le rangement et l’entretien des aires de travail, balancer et fermer la caisse
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

Compétences requises:

3 ans d’expérience dans un poste équivalent
Capacité à faire les fermetures de caisses
Forte connaissance en cocktails

Atwater Cocktail Club is looking for a bilingual server with strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, as well as experience in sommellerie and gastronomy, to join our team. If you believe you are a qualified candidate who is eager to grow within a young and dynamic team, we would love to meet you.

Part time

Tasks description :

Set up and clean service areas, prepare POS system and cash register
Ensure good customer service: greet customers, introduce them to cocktails and food, answer any questions, take orders, ensure reasonable deadlines
Collect and process payments: determine which customer is paying for which item, collect payments
Participate in the closing of the establishment: redo the setup of the room, carry out the storage and maintenance of the work areas, swing and close the cash register
Perform any other related task as needed

Required skills :

3 years of experience in a same position
Being able to do the cash
Solide knowledge of cocktails
