Rejoignez Camfil Power Systems, leader en filtration d'air et en solutions acoustiques pour les turbines à gaz, dont le siège social pour les Amériques se trouve à Laval ! L'équipe des petits moteurs et de la modernisation travaille dans un environnement dynamique avec des projets à volume élevé et à cycle court. Dans ce rôle dynamique, voici quelques-uns des projets et tâches passionnants que vous soutiendrez :

Soutien au recrutement - Aide à la publication des offres d'emploi, à la sélection des CV, à la programmation des entretiens et à la participation aux initiatives de recrutement
Données et systèmes RH - Contribuer à la maintenance de notre SIRH, mettre à jour les dossiers des employés et participer aux projets de précision des données
Image de marque de l'employeur et communications - Contribuer au contenu des médias sociaux, au matériel des salons de l'emploi et aux communications internes
Coordination de l'intégration - Aider à accueillir les nouveaux employés, préparer les documents d'intégration et organiser des séances d'orientation
Projets spéciaux - Soutenir les initiatives en matière de ressources humaines telles que les programmes de bien-être, les révisions de politiques et les activités d'engagement des employés.

Êtes-vous LA personne que nous recherchons ?

Actuellement inscrit à un programme en ressources humaines, en relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe
Solides compétences en matière de communication et d'organisation
À l'aise avec Microsoft Office et ouvert à l'apprentissage des systèmes RH
Proactif, soucieux du détail et désireux d'apprendre
Le bilinguisme en anglais et en français est un atout (surtout au Québec).

Join Camfil Power Systems, a leader in air filtration and acoustic solutions for gas turbines, with our Americas headquarters right here in Laval! The small engines and retrofit team works in a dynamic environment with high-volume and short-cycle projects. In this dynamic role, Here are some of the exciting projects and tasks you'll support:

Recruitment support – Assist in posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in hiring initiatives.
HR data and systems – Help maintain our HRIS, update employee records, and assist with data accuracy projects.
Employer branding and communications – Contribute to social media content, job fair materials, and internal communications.
Onboarding coordination – Help welcome new hires, prepare onboarding materials, and organize orientation sessions.
Special projects – Support HR initiatives such as wellness programs, policy reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Are you THE person we are looking for?

Currently enrolled in a program in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning HR systems
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Bilingual in English and French is an asset (especially in Quebec)
