Le poste
À titre de coordonnateur(trice) coop de la communauté Social Sharks – Médias sociaux et engagement en ligne, vous serez le principal point de contact entre notre marque et notre communauté de clients, d'abonnés et de passionnés. Nous recherchons une personne maîtrisant couramment le français et l'anglais. Vous serez responsable de développer des relations, d'animer les échanges et de favoriser un environnement positif et accueillant au sein de nos communautés en ligne. La personne idéale est passionnée par notre marque, possède d'excellentes aptitudes en communication et excelle dans l'établissement et le maintien de relations.
Voici quelques-unes des activités stimulantes que vous aurez l'occasion de réaliser:
Mettre en œuvre une stratégie d'engagement communautaire afin de développer et d'animer nos communautés en ligne sur diverses plateformes, notamment les médias sociaux, les forums et les groupes en ligne.
Surveiller activement les commentaires, les questions et les discussions de la communauté et y répondre de façon professionnelle et en temps opportun, tout en représentant la voix et les valeurs de notre marque.
Développer et entretenir des relations avec les membres de la communauté, les influenceurs et les ambassadeurs de la marque afin de favoriser la fidélisation et la promotion de la marque.
Créer et sélectionner du contenu engageant, notamment des publications, des sondages, des concours et des événements, afin de stimuler les interactions et la participation de la communauté.
Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, notamment celles du marketing, du service à la clientèle et du développement de produits, afin de recueillir les commentaires et les perspectives de la communauté et de défendre ses besoins et ses préférences.
Repérer et exploiter les occasions de mettre en valeur du contenu généré par les utilisateurs, des témoignages et des études de cas afin de démontrer la valeur et l'impact de nos produits ou services.
Surveiller les tendances, le sentiment de la communauté et les indicateurs d'engagement afin d'évaluer l'efficacité des initiatives communautaires et d'orienter les stratégies futures.
Se tenir au fait des tendances du secteur, des pratiques exemplaires et des nouvelles technologies liées à la gestion de communauté et aux médias sociaux.
Qualifications et compétences recherchées
Étudiant(e) actuellement inscrit(e) à un programme de baccalauréat ou de maîtrise, ou diplômé(e) depuis moins d'un an.
Être disponible pour travailler à temps plein, 37,5 heures par semaine, avec une présence minimale de 3 jours par semaine à nos bureaux de Montréal (Québec, Canada).
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement auprès de publics variés et de s'adapter à différents styles de communication.
Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et capacité à faire preuve d'empathie envers les membres de la communauté, à répondre à leurs préoccupations et à résoudre les conflits avec diplomatie.
Maîtrise des outils de gestion et d'analyse des médias sociaux.

This role: As a Social Sharks Community Manager Co-op, Social Media & Online Engagement, you will be the primary liaison between our brand and our community of customers, followers, and enthusiasts. We are looking for a fluent French & English speaker for this role. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, facilitating discussions, and fostering a positive and supportive environment within our online communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our brand, highly communicative, and adept at building and maintaining relationships.

Implement a community engagement strategy to grow and nurture our online communities across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, forums, and online groups
Actively monitor and respond to community feedback, inquiries, and discussions in a timely and professional manner, representing our brand voice and values
Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and brand advocates to foster loyalty and advocacy
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, polls, contests, and events, to stimulate interaction and participation within the community
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to gather insights and feedback from the community and advocate for their needs and preferences
Identify and leverage opportunities for user-generated content, testimonials, and case studies to showcase the value and impact of our products or services
Monitor community trends, sentiment, and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of community initiatives and inform future strategies
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to community management and social media
Key Attributes & Skills:
Education: Current student in a bachelor's or master's program, or has graduated within the past year

Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
