1. OBJECTIFS DU POSTE

Responsable d’améliorer la performance, l’efficacité et la fiabilité des équipements industriels.
Analyser les données opérationnelles, identifier les pertes de performance et mettre en place des solutions techniques et procédurales pour maximiser la productivité tout en réduisant les coûts et les temps d’arrêt.
Supporter les opérations dans les opérations quotidiennes.

2. PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Analyser les performances des machines (rendement, cadence, qualité)
Identifier les sources de pertes (arrêts, ralentissements, défauts)
Mettre en œuvre des projets d’amélioration continue (Lean, Six Sigma).
Optimiser les paramètres de fonctionnement des équipements.
Collaborer avec les équipes de production, maintenance, ingénierie et automatisation.
Participer à la mise en service et à l’amélioration de nouvelles machines.
Utiliser des outils d’analyse de données pour soutenir les décisions techniques.
Réduire les temps d’arrêt et améliorer l’efficacité globale des équipements (OEE/TRG)
Standardiser les meilleures pratiques et former les opérateurs, mécaniciens ou tous groupes jugés nécessaire.
Initier et implémenter les solutions techniques d’optimisation sur la ligne.
Avoir une bonne connaissance de la ligne.
Documenter les améliorations et suivre les résultats.
Mener des études de fiabilité, maintenabilité et disponibilité.
Développer des programmes de fiabilité d’équipements adaptés aux besoins de l’entreprise
Suivre toute situation problématique ou cas douteux, et apporter des solutions et interventions nécessaires à sa résolution.
Suggérer des améliorations aux tâches de maintenance préventive des équipements et systèmes.
Effectuer des suivis auprès de différents fournisseurs dans le cadre des optimisations machines.
Assurer le bon classement et la disponibilité des documents techniques pour des équipements et utilités.
Participer à toutes actions pouvant mener à une plus grande efficacité du département.
Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe jugée pertinente dans le cadre de son poste.

3. EXIGENCES ET APTITUDES

Diplôme en génie ou formation en gestion de la maintenance et fiabilité ou formation équivalente jugée pertinente.
5 à 8 ans d’expérience en maintenance/fiabilité/ingénierie de production.
Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler avec ses pairs.
Bon sens du jugement, d’autonomie et d’initiative.
Orienté satisfaction du client
Connaissance des structures et des procédés de fabrication des produits pharmaceutiques stériles.
Connaissances des bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
Forte orientation en amélioration de procédés et données.
Expérience en environnement industriel (manufacturier, procédés, énergie, etc.).
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) et excellentes aptitudes de communication écrite et orale.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment la suite Microsoft.
Esprit de synthèse pour la conception et l’ingénierie de systèmes.
Capacité à travailler sous pression avec des échéanciers serrés/changements fréquents de priorité.

1. JOB OBJECTIVES

Responsible for improving the performance, efficiency, and reliability of industrial equipment.
Analyze operational data, identify performance losses, and implement technical and procedural solutions to maximize productivity while reducing costs and downtime.
Support operations in day-to-day activities.

2. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Analyze machine performance (efficiency, speed, quality).
Identify sources of losses (stoppages, slowdowns, defects).
Implement continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma).
Optimize equipment operating parameters.
Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and automation teams.
Participate in the commissioning and improvement of new machines.
Use data analysis tools to support technical decisions.
Reduce downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Standardize best practices and train operators, mechanics, or any groups deemed necessary.
Initiate and implement technical optimization solutions on the line.
Maintain a good knowledge of the production line.
Document improvements and track results.
Conduct reliability, maintainability, and availability studies.
Develop equipment reliability programs tailored to the company’s needs.
Follow up on any problematic situation or doubtful case and provide the solutions and interventions necessary for resolution.
Suggest improvements to preventive maintenance tasks for equipment and systems.
Carry out follow-ups with various suppliers as part of machine optimization efforts.
Ensure proper filing and availability of technical documents for equipment and utilities.
Participate in all actions that may lead to greater department efficiency.
Perform any other related task deemed relevant within the scope of the position.

3. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT AND APTITUDES

Degree in engineering or training in maintenance and reliability management, or equivalent training deemed relevant.
5 to 8 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or production engineering.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with peers.
Good judgment, autonomy, and initiative.
Customer satisfaction oriented.
Knowledge of the structures and manufacturing processes of sterile pharmaceutical products.
Knowledge of good manufacturing practices.
Strong data and process improvement orientation.
Industrial environment experience (manufacturing, processes, energy, etc.).
Bilingualism (French and English) and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with computer tools, particularly the Microsoft suite.
Ability to synthesize information for system design and engineering.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and frequent changes in priorities.
