Notre client est à la recherche d’un(e) administrateur(trice) des ressources humaines enthousiaste et motivé(e) pour se joindre à son équipe en pleine croissance. Il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité pour un(e) récent(e) diplômé(e) en ressources humaines ou un(e) professionnel(le) débutant(e) souhaitant acquérir une expérience concrète dans plusieurs volets des RH au sein d’un environnement collaboratif et axé sur le travail d’équipe.
La personne retenue jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien à l’intégration des employés, au recrutement, à l’administration du personnel et aux opérations quotidiennes des RH dans un milieu manufacturier dynamique. Ce poste offre un encadrement solide, une exposition à une grande variété de fonctions RH et la possibilité de bâtir une carrière durable en ressources humaines.
Responsabilités principales
- Soutenir les activités d’intégration (onboarding), incluant la préparation des documents d’embauche, la coordination des orientations et la configuration des nouveaux employés
- Assister dans les processus de départ des employés et la documentation RH
- Coordonner le recrutement pour les postes horaires et opérationnels (affichage de postes, tri de CV, planification d’entrevues et communication avec les candidats)
- Maintenir les dossiers des employés et effectuer la saisie de données dans les systèmes internes
- Répondre aux questions des employés concernant les politiques RH, l’intégration et les enjeux généraux liés à l’emploi
- Soutenir le suivi des présences, la production de rapports et diverses tâches administratives RH
- Participer aux initiatives d’engagement des employés, à la coordination de la formation et aux communications internes
- Collaborer avec l’équipe RH et la direction de l’usine pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes
- Assurer que les dossiers des employés sont organisés, exacts et confidentiels
Qualifications
- Diplôme postsecondaire en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe
- Les nouveaux diplômés et candidats en début de carrière sont encouragés à postuler
- Une expérience en administration, service à la clientèle, stage, alternance travail-études ou recrutement est un atout
- Excellentes habiletés en communication (francais et anglais) et relations interpersonnelles
- Sens de l’organisation et grande attention aux détails
- Motivation à apprendre, capacité d’adaptation et aisance dans un environnement dynamique
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Capacité à assurer la confidentialité et à faire preuve de professionnalisme dans la gestion d’informations sensibles

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR graduate or early-career HR professional looking to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role supporting onboarding, recruitment, employee administration, and day-to-day HR operations for a busy manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities including preparing new hire paperwork, coordinating orientations, and assisting with employee setup
- Assist with employee offboarding processes and HR documentation
- Coordinate plant-level recruitment for hourly and operational positions including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Maintain employee records and support HR data entry within internal systems
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, onboarding, and general employment questions
- Assist with attendance tracking, reporting, and general HR administration
- Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications
- Partner with HR leadership and plant management to support day-to-day HR operations
- Ensure employee files and documentation remain organized, accurate, and confidential
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Recent graduates and candidates early in their HR career are encouraged to apply
- Previous administrative, customer service, internship, co-op, or recruitment experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication ( French & english) and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling employee information
