E4C fournit une large gamme de services pour l'industrie du transport qui comprend des caissons personnalisées conçues pour des produits spécialisés, l'empotage et le dépotage de conteneurs et l'entreposage. Nous gérons et simplifions la logistique de nos clients grâce à l'offre d'un service de A à Z.

En tant que comptable, vous rapporterez au contrôleur financier. Vous serez responsable des comptes quotidiens et du processus de fin de mois. Le poste vous permettra également de travailler sur l'ensemble du cycle comptable, du traitement de la paie, la facturation jusqu’aux procédures de fin d'année.

Ce que vous ferez

· Aider à la préparation des dossiers pour rapprochement bancaire, suivi de la paie.

· Produire la comptabilité de l'entreprise (facturation, saisie, encaissement, taxes de ventes).

· Vérifier la conformité de l'ensemble du cycle comptable tel que comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs.

· Veiller à la bonne application des normes comptables.

· Élaborer et suivre l'atteinte des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) et expliquer les écarts.

· Contrôler et analyser les politiques de réduction des dépenses.

· Créer de nouveaux processus pour gérer les principaux risques dans une start-up à forte croissance.

E4C provides a wide range of service for the transportation industry that includes customized crates designed for specialized products, container stuffing and destuffing and warehousing. We handle and simplify our customers’ logistic through the offering of an A-to-Z services.

As an Accountant, you will report to the Financial Controller. You will be responsible for the daily accounts and the month-end process. The position will also allow you to work on the entire accounting cycle, from payroll processing, invoicing, and year-end procedures.

What You’ll Do

· Assist in preparing files for bank reconciliation, payroll tracking.

· Produce the company's accounting (invoicing, data entry, payment collection, sales taxes).

· Verify the compliance of the entire accounting cycle such as accounts receivable, accounts payable.

· Ensure the proper application of accounting standards.

· Develop and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators (KPI) and explain variances.

· Control and analyze expenditure reduction policies.

· Create new processes to address key risks in a high-growth start-up.
