Architecte Paysagiste / Concepteur du Paysage

A titre de membre important de l'équipe, vos tâches principales seront d'aider le gestonnaire de projet à gérer l'éfficacité et la précision des tâches liées au paysagment, aux soumissions et aux processus de construction, notamment :

réviser les designs
calculer et compiler les données pour effectuer des soumission détaillées
préparer les trousses et les documents pour les opérations sur place
gérer les communications avec les fournisseurs et les spécialistes pour coordonner les achats
planifier les budgets et les horaires de livraison, participer à des réunions pré-projet et effecturer des suivis auprès des contremaîtres et des directeurs au besoin.
excellentes aptitudes pour la cummunication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
capacité à interprêter les plans de paysagement.
motivation, ambition, axé sur la carriere.
capacité à travailler en équipe.
forte éthique du travail et souci du détail. Volonté d'adapter ses heures de travail en fonction des projets et des exigences saisonnières.

Connaissance de la gestion de projet et du processus l'établissement des budgets et des soumissions. Maitrise des outils informatiques et des logiciels comme DynasScape / Cad, Microsoft Office, LMN.

Permis de conduire valide obligatoire

Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer

As a valued team member, your primary focus will be to assist the project manager in assuring the timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of all tasks relating to the landscape design, proposal and build process including:

Review designs, calculate and compile data to complete detailed project proposals
Prepare related field operation packages and documentation.
Manage communications with suppliers and trades to coordinate purchases, project budgets and delivery schedules of materials and services.
Conduct pre-build project meetings and reviews with foreman/managers as necessary.
Excellent communication skills (oral + written)
Interpret landscape designs
Self motivated, ambitious, career oriented team player
Strong work ethic + detail oriented. W
Willingness to accommodate a flexible schedule based on project and/or seasonal requirements.
Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of project workflow management, budgeting/estimation process a definite asset. Must be proficient with computers + software programs including DynaScape / Cad , Microsoft Office, LMN Valid drivers license mandatory
