We are looking for Data Entry/Administrative Assistant that will be in charge of ensuring a proper flow of orders.

We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational skills as this role will require you to facilitate receiving orders and delegating orders to our warehouse staff, and ensuring orders are properly filled and properly invoiced. This will also require you to service our clients with any request they have (Fulfilling new orders, updating them about the status of their current orders, or if payments are due to follow up). Excellent verbal and written (English & French) communications skills are needed. Successful candidate will be very organized and high energy person with good administrative skills.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be require to perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, manage orders, invoice customers, inventory entry, and other various data entry tasks.

For this role, you need to have strong knowledge in computers and computer software.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Duties of the position include:
Respond to emails and phone calls
Manage customers database
Manage warehouse inventory
Enter invoices and orders
Data Entry in Excel
Provide customer service as first point of contact

Requirements of the position include:
Knowledge in Sage & Quickbooks Online
High school/Equivalent
Strong Knowledge with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Excel)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Must be able to asses situation and provide a quick and efficient solution, while meeting deadlines.
Must speak and write fluently in English & French

D'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite (en anglais et en français) sont nécessaires. Le candidat retenu sera une personne très organisée et énergique dotée de bonnes compétences administratives.`

Dans ce rôle, vous devrez effectuer diverses tâches administratives, notamment répondre aux e-mails, gérer les commandes, facturer les clients, gestion de l'inventaire et toutes autres tâches connexes.

Dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir une solide connaissance en informatique et en logiciels informatiques. Vous devrez être en mesure de gérer différents projets administratifs et de fournir un travail de haute qualité avec un minimum de supervision.

Les tâches du poste comprennent :

- Répondre aux e-mails et aux appels téléphoniques ;

- Gérer la base de données des clients ;

- Gérer l'inventaire de l'entrepôt ;

- Saisir les factures et les commandes ;

- Saisie de données dans Excel ;

- Fournir un service client en tant que premier point de contact.

Les exigences du poste comprennent :

- Connaissance des logiciels Sage & Quickbooks Online ;

- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent ;

- Forte connaissance de la suite Microsoft (par exemple MS Office, Excel) ;

- Excellentes compétences en communication par téléphone, e-mail et messagerie instantanée ;

- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps ;

- Fortes compétences organisationnelles ;

- Capacité à évaluer une situation et à fournir une solution rapide et efficace, tout en respectant les délais ;

- Bilinguisme requis, autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (anglais et français).
