Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Chicken Deboner to join our food processing team. This role involves the precise and efficient removal of bones from chicken products to ensure high-quality meat for packaging and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, adhere to strict food safety standards, and maintain sanitation protocols throughout their shift. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment within the food industry, contributing to the production of safe and quality poultry products.

Responsibilities

Operate chicken deboning equipment safely and efficiently to remove bones from chicken carcasses.
Perform meat cutting with precision, ensuring minimal waste while maintaining product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with packaging of deboned chicken products, ensuring proper labeling and handling procedures are followed.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
Monitor machinery for proper functioning, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.
Adhere to manufacturing standards, including quality control checks throughout the production process.
Support team members in meeting production goals while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Experience

Prior experience in the food industry, particularly in meat processing or butchery, is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
Familiarity with packaging processes within a manufacturing setting is a plus.
Mechanical knowledge related to food processing equipment can be beneficial.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with meat cutting, food processing, or related roles will be advantageous for success in this position.

This role is integral to delivering high-quality poultry products while ensuring compliance with all safety and sanitation standards in a manufacturing environment dedicated to excellence in the food industry.

Pay: $17.45-$25.02 per hour
