Truck Driver/Forklift Operator
We are growing our Montréal fleet and looking for a dependable Truck Driver/Forklift Operator to operate a flatbed truck with curtain side. This is a day shift position focused on safe, timely deliveries and excellent customer service. Please note that this position will also involve working in the warehouse when a full day of deliveries is not scheduled.

What will YOU be doing as a Truck Driver/Forklift Operator?

Safely operate and maintain a company flatbed (curtain side) truck
Responsible for loading and strapping all customer orders
Perform pre-, during-, and post-trip inspections and secure loads properly (strapping/tarping)
Complete electronic logs and inspections using the Driver Complete app
Deliver materials to customers, obtain signatures, and collect payment when required
Communicate with dispatch regarding delays and ensure compliance with all safety procedures

What YOU bring to the table?

Valid DZ Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract
Bilingual in French and English
Minimum 3 years of driving experience (1+ year flatbed with curtain side preferred)
Experience strapping and unstrapping flatbed loads
Minimum 3 years of Forklift Operating experience
Strong customer service skills and professional communication
Safety-focused mindset with attention to detail

Physical Capabilities:

Occasional moderate lifting may be required (up to 50 lbs.).
Sitting for extended periods.
Hand-eye coordination.
Manual ability and strength to secure the load with straps.

Chauffeur de camion (classe 3) / Cariste:

Nous agrandissons actuellement notre équipe à Montréal et sommes à la recherche d’un chauffeur de camion (classe 3) / cariste fiable pour conduire un camion à plateau muni de rideaux latéraux. Il s’agit d’un poste de jour axé sur la sécurité, la ponctualité des livraisons et un excellent service à la clientèle. Veuillez noter que ce poste peut impliquer de travailler dans l’entrepôt lorsqu’une journée complète de livraisons n’est pas prévue.

Quelles seront VOS responsabilités en tant que Chauffeur de camion (classe 3) / Cariste?

Conduire et entretenir en toute sécurité un camion à plateau (avec rideaux latéraux) de l’entreprise
Responsable du chargement et de l’arrimage de toutes les commandes des clients.
Effectuer les contrôles avant, pendant et après les trajets, et arrimer correctement les chargements (sangles/bâches)
Remplir les registres électroniques et effectuer les contrôles à l'aide de l'application Driver Complete
Livrer les marchandises aux clients, obtenir leurs signatures et encaisser les paiements si necessaire
Communiquer avec le service de répartition en cas de retard et veiller au respect de toutes les procédures de sécurité

Ce que vous apportez:

Permis de conduire de Classe 3 valide, sans infraction
Bilingue (français et anglais)
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en conduite (et de preference, au moins 1 an sur camion à plateau avec rideaux latéraux)
Expérience dans l'arrimage et le désarrimage de chargements sur camion à plateau
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience comme cariste.
Solides compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et communication professionnelle
Esprit axé sur la sécurité et sens du détail

Capacités physiques:

Port occasionnel de charges modérées (jusqu’à 23 kg)
Rester assis pendant de longues périodes.
Coordination œil-main
Force et force nécessaires pour arrimer la charge à l'aide de sangles
