Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) commis à la saisie de données et à la facturation minutieux(se), organisé(e) et fiable pour se joindre à notre équipe.

Description du poste

Le ou la commis à la saisie de données et à la facturation est responsable du traitement précis des commandes clients, de la facturation ainsi que de diverses tâches administratives et de service à la clientèle. Le candidat idéal possède un excellent souci du détail, de solides compétences organisationnelles et est capable de gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

Principales responsabilités

Saisir avec précision les commandes des clients dans le système.
Traiter les factures clients en attribuant chaque facture au bon entrepôt pour les besoins de l'expédition et de la comptabilité.
Générer les factures destinées aux principaux comptes de détail en s'assurant que toutes les informations de facturation sont exactes et correctement attribuées.
Réviser et corriger les factures au besoin afin de résoudre les écarts, de mettre à jour les prix, les quantités ou toute autre information de facturation.
Traiter les autorisations de retour de marchandises (RMA) ainsi que les notes de crédit, tout en maintenant des dossiers complets et précis.
Coordonner avec les entrepôts afin de s'assurer que les commandes sont traitées et expédiées à partir du bon emplacement.
Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels des clients concernant les commandes, les livraisons, la facturation et toute autre demande de service à la clientèle.
Maintenir à jour les dossiers des clients, des commandes et de la facturation.
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives au besoin.

Qualifications

Expérience en saisie de données, facturation, traitement des commandes ou dans un poste administratif similaire.
Excellente attention aux détails et grande précision dans le travail.
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en service à la clientèle.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel et Outlook.
Une expérience avec QuickBooks est considérée comme un atout important.
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Personne fiable, proactive, autonome et ayant un bon esprit d'équipe.

WC&Co Brands is a growing food distribution company representing a portfolio of premium food and beverage brands across Canada. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Data Entry & Billing Clerk to join our team.

Position Overview

The Data Entry & Billing Clerk is responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders, invoicing, and billing activities while providing administrative and customer service support. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
Process customer invoices by assigning each invoice to the appropriate warehouse for fulfillment and accounting purposes.
Generate invoices for major retail accounts, ensuring all billing information is accurate and correctly allocated.
Review and revise invoices to correct discrepancies, pricing, quantities, or other billing details.
Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and customer credits while maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
Coordinate with warehouses to ensure customer orders are processed and shipped from the correct location.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, and general account questions.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and billing records.
Assist with general administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in data entry, billing, order processing, or an administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with QuickBooks, is considered a strong asset.
Bilingual (English and French)
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
