RITUALES is looking for:

Licensed Aesthetician (self-employed, independent contractor- commission-based)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. This role involves consulting with clients to assess their needs, recommending suitable treatments and services, and performing those treatments with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Assess clients’ needs, suggest appropriate services, and clearly explain the benefits of treatments.
Treatment Execution: Perform treatments with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a high standard of care.
Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the full range of available services and products to effectively promote and sell them to clients.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless, exceptional experience for all clients.
Client Retention: Demonstrated ability to re-book clients, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
Up-selling Services: Proactively recommend additional treatments and products that align with clients' wellness goals and needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Licensed Aesthetician with strong client-facing skills.
Experience in administering chemical peels and micro-needling is preferred.
Strong sales skills are required as you will be responsible for confidently upselling skincare products and treatment packages to help clients achieve optimal results
Ability to work at both our locations in Nun's Island and Montreal.

License/Certification:

Licensed/Certified Esthetician in Quebec (Required)
Personal Professional Liability Insurance (Required)

Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
