We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our animation pipeline. This role is critical in ensuring that projects stay on schedule, communication flows smoothly across departments, and production data is accurately tracked.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and track the progress of animation projects from pre-production through final delivery * Maintain and update schedules, task assignments, and production data in ShotGrid * Work closely with artists, supervisors, and producers to ensure deadlines and milestones are met * Monitor daily/weekly progress and flag potential bottlenecks or delays * Organize and run production meetings, including dailies, reviews, and check-ins * Take detailed notes during meetings and distribute summaries and action items * Ensure all assets, files, and deliverables are properly logged and accessible * Assist in managing priorities and resource allocation across departments * Support troubleshooting of pipeline or workflow issues in collaboration with technical teams * Help maintain consistency in naming conventions, file structures, and workflow processes

Qualifications

* 1–3 years of experience in animation, VFX, or a related production environment * Hands-on experience with ShotGrid (Shotgun) for task tracking and production management * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities * Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar tools * Familiarity with animation pipelines and workflows is strongly preferred * Basic understanding of production stages (modeling, rigging, animation, lighting, compositing) This job description is not meant to be all inclusive.
