The Role

At Abrams Auto Transport, the Dispatcher is at the heart of all we do coordinating the safe and efficient shipment of multiple vehicles across Canada and to and from the U.S.

As a Dispatcher you will work with your team to schedule and organize pickups and deliveries of new and used vehicles to and from multiple locations. Communicating with Drivers and Clients from individuals to small and large companies or corporations the Dispatcher is the key point of contact for every vehicle we move. They provide real-time updates and solutions to unexpected delays or challenges as they happen.

Using your knowledge of Canadian provinces and U.S. state locations and regulations you will use your resources and tools to optimize and efficiently schedule vehicle shipments.

Working with the rest of the Abrams Auto Transport team, the Dispatcher fully participates in the end-to-end customer on-boarding and shipment process building customer confidence and ensuring adherence to safety regulations while supporting streamlined billing and collections.

Chez Abrams Auto Transport, le répartiteur est au centre de tout ce que nous faisons pour coordonner l’expédition sécuritaire et efficace de plusieurs véhicules à travers le Canada et vers et depuis les États-Unis.

En tant que répartiteur, vous travaillerez avec votre équipe pour planifier et organiser les ramassages et les livraisons de véhicules neufs et d’occasion vers et depuis plusieurs endroits. Communiquer avec les conducteurs et les clients, des particuliers aux petites et grandes entreprises ou sociétés, le répartiteur est le point de contact clé pour chaque véhicule que nous déplaçons. Ils fournissent des mises à jour en temps réel et des solutions aux retards ou défis imprévus au fur et à mesure qu’ils se produisent.

En utilisant vos connaissances des provinces canadiennes et des états américains ainsi que de la réglementation, vous utiliserez vos ressources et outils pour optimiser et planifier efficacement les expéditions de véhicules.

En collaboration avec le reste de l’équipe d’Abrams Auto Transport, le répartiteur participe pleinement au processus d’intégration et d’expédition des clients de bout en bout, renforçant la confiance des clients et garantissant le respect des réglementations de sécurité tout en soutenant une facturation et un recouvrement rationalisés.
