Ce dont vous allez faire

Responsabilités principales :

Préparer les états financiers ainsi que les déclarations de revenus conformément aux normes du cabinet pour diverses entreprises et des organisations sans but lucratif
Conduit des audits d’entreprises de petite et moyenne taille dans divers domaines
Effectuer des audits d’états financiers chez les clients en tant qu’Auditeur Senior et en menant le mandat, vérifiant le travail de l’équipe assignée et en menant à terme les parties complexes de l’audit
Communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les organismes gouvernementaux et avec les associés et les employés
Garder les associés et les autres membres de l’équipe informés, de façon continue, du progrès et de questions importantes
Conseiller et donner de la formation aux autres membres de l’équipe ainsi que mener des évaluations de performance
Fournir des services de comptabilité et de conformité fiscale à nos clients pour les compilations et les missions d’examen
Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Ce qu’il vous faut pour réussir

Baccalauréat en comptabilité
Titre de CPA ou en cours d'obtention
Au moins 3 années d’expérience pertinente
Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles, organisationnelles, de leadership et de service à la clientèle
Maîtrise des applications MS Office, Adobe
Expérience avec CaseWare, DT Practice, Tax Prep est un atout

What you'll do

Primary Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with firm and professional standards for clients in a variety of businesses and non-profit enterprises
Auditing financial statements of business clients as a Senior Auditor and being the lead on mandates
Providing accounting and tax compliance services to private clients for compilation and review engagements
Communicating effectively with our clients, government agencies and with our partners and staff
Providing advice and training to other staff members
Identifying issues and opportunities
Assisting with special mandates such as valuation estimates, business investigations, accounting for corporate reorganizations, etcetera
Other related duties

What you need to succeed

3 years of relevant experience in public accounting, including audit
CPA designation (or in process)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, leadership and client relations skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe
Experience with CaseWare, Tax Prep is an asset
