Door to Door Sales Representative, Commission, CA$6,000 to CA$14,000/month (Montreal)

Webster's Windows operates residential exterior service companies in Quebec, Ontario, and Florida. We hold the industry record for the highest revenue generated in a single day in residential window cleaning. We are hiring a few more representatives for the 2026 season in Greater Montreal.

A note for people working in restaurants

A good number of our best reps came from the restaurant industry. Servers, bartenders, hosts. The work is customer facing all shift, the hours are long, and the pay has a hard ceiling no matter how good you are. Those people tend to do very well here.

This season, a rep with zero sales experience collected $3,000 in commissions in a single day, in his first week. He followed the training to the letter, and that is the entire explanation. You do not need a sales resume. You need to be comfortable talking to people, and if you have worked a floor, you already are.

The job, straight up

You knock on doors and sell window cleaning and gutter cleaning services to homeowners. Monday to Friday, noon to 8 pm. Straight commission, paid weekly. No vehicle required. Bilingualism (FR/EN) is mandatory.

The real numbers

Most reps who complete the training and run the system full time earn between $6,000 and $10,000 per month. The best have passed $14,000, and over a full first year, top performers cross six figures.

That said, trust the monthly number, because one big day does not pay rent. A consistent month does.

The other side of the coin: about a third of the people who start do not make it past 30 days. Almost all of them are people who decided to improvise instead of running the system. We would rather tell you here than let you find out in June.

The training, concretely

You do not knock a single door alone before completing a six phase onboarding program and role playing the script with management until you cannot get it wrong. We use an objection handling framework called ARTAC, built on years of field data, with printed reference cards for the situations that come up every day. After onboarding, you are coached daily by people who still sell, on your real recorded numbers, not on impressions.

The skill you walk away with, starting conversations with strangers and closing, transfers into any sales career. Several former reps now run their own teams. We promote on performance, not seniority.

The culture, in short

Team dinners after big sales days. Top performers win an all inclusive trip every year. Last year, a villa in Tulum. This year, Iceland.

Do not apply if

You need a guaranteed base salary. There is not one, and wanting it badly does not change the math of the job.

You are looking for part time, remote, or a few weeks in August. Full season only. We knock doors from late March to December 1st. During the winter (December to March), we do phone sales for our Florida branch.

You already know that a string of rejections makes you quit. This job is 40 nos a day.
