Full job description

Sous l’autorité de la VP Ressources humaines, le ou la Spécialiste – Acquisition de talent recrutera et intégrera les meilleurs talents, qui nous aideront à poursuivre notre croissance. Cette personne effectuera toutes les étapes du processus de sélection pour les postes de gestion et assistera l’équipe RH dans les divers processus de sélection pour les employés de production.

Tâches et responsabilités principales

 Participer à l'ensemble du processus de recrutement en se concentrant sur l'attraction de talents exceptionnels et en offrant une expérience positive aux candidats;
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires afin de déterminer les besoins, les spécifications des postes ainsi que les qualifications requises;
Gérer le cycle complet du recrutement pour le personnel administratif, soit les affichages, la présélection des candidatures, les entrevues et la coordination de tous les aspects administratifs liés au recrutement;
Collaborer, au besoin, aux processus de recrutement des employés de production;
Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de recrutement personnalisées;
Collaborer à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés;
Développer et implanter des stratégies de recrutement proactives et innovantes;
Rédiger et mettre à jour les descriptions et affichages de postes en collaboration avec chaque département;
Promouvoir et gérer les opportunités d’emploi sur nos différentes plateformes et réseaux sociaux;
Voir à intégrer la marque employeur au volet RH;
Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe RH pour différents projets.

Qualifications

Baccalauréat en relations industrielles, en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans une discipline appropriée;
2 à 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement, idéalement dans un environnement technique, scientifique ou à forte croissance;
Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), à l’oral comme à l’écrit, certains postes se trouvent dans les provinces de l’Ouest;
Solide compétence en matière d’entretien, d’évaluation et de négociation;
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail;
Autonome et capacité à travailler en collaboration avec les différentes équipes;
Construire une relation de confiance avec les gestionnaires et les amener à adopter des pratiques de recrutement alignées sur la stratégie de l’entreprise;
Posséder des aptitudes en communication, écoute active, pensée analytique, capacité à construire des relations, communiquer de manière persuasive et orientation résultats;
Connaissance de système de suivi des candidats et des techniques modernes de sourcing;
Être disponible pour se déplacer entre Farnham, et le siège social de Ville Saint-Laurent.

Reporting to the VP Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit and onboard top talent to help us continue to grow. This person will carry out all stages of the selection process for management positions and assist the HR team in the various selection processes for production employees.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Participate in the entire recruitment process by focusing on attracting exceptional talent and providing a positive candidate experience;
Collaborate with managers to determine needs, job specifications and required qualifications;
Manage the full recruitment cycle for administrative staff, including postings, screening of applications, interviews and coordination of all administrative aspects related to recruitment;
Collaborate, as required, in the recruitment processes of production employees;
Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies;
Collaborate in the onboarding of new employees;
Develop and implement proactive and innovative recruitment strategies;
Write and update job descriptions and postings in collaboration with each department;
Promote and manage job opportunities on our various platforms and social networks;
Ensure that the employer brand is integrated into the HR component;
Work collaboratively with the HR team on different projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management or a discipline appropriate;
2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a technical, scientific or high-growth environment;
Fluently bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing, some positions are located in the Western provinces;
Strong interview, evaluation and negotiation skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Autonomous and ability to work collaboratively with different teams;
Build a relationship of trust with managers and encourage them to adopt recruitment practices aligned with the company's strategy;
Possess communication skills, active listening, analytical thinking, ability to build relationships, communicate persuasively and results-oriented;
Knowledge of applicant tracking system and modern sourcing;
Be available to travel between the Farnham production facility, and the Ville Saint-Laurent head office.
