Description du poste

Notre client, une entreprise canadienne de premier plan, recherche un(e) Coordinateur De Chantier pour un projet à long terme à Châteauguay, au Québec. Cette personne jouera un rôle essentiel en soutenant l'équipe de projet dans ses activités administratives et de coordination quotidiennes, dans le cadre d'un important projet de sous-station pour Hydro-Québec. Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) veillera à ce que la documentation, les communications, la planification, les rapports et les processus administratifs liés au chantier soient organisés et gérés efficacement. Il/elle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire de projet, la direction du chantier, les entrepreneurs, les fournisseurs et les autres parties prenantes afin d'assurer le bon déroulement du projet et le respect des échéanciers.

Responsabilités

Préparation des rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels
Rédaction des procès-verbaux de réunion
Mise à jour du point de partage (Yammer) avec les photos du chantier et les étapes franchies
Processus de bons de commande
Gestion des besoins en installations du chantier
Soutien à la mobilisation
Gestion de la correspondance avec les sous-traitants, fournisseurs et clients concernant l'administration du chantier.
Suivi du temps de travail et des feuilles de temps sur le chantier.
Organisation des événements de chantier.

Qualifications

Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Anglais et français (parlé, lu et écrit).
2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire (souhaitable).
Permis de conduire valide.

Position Overview

Our client, a leading organization in Canada, is looking to hire a Construction Site Coordinator to join them on a long-term project in Châteauguay, QC. This person will play an important role in supporting the project team with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities on a major substation project for Hydro Quebec. The successful candidate will help ensure that project documentation, communication, scheduling, reporting, and site-related administrative processes are organized and maintained efficiently. They will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Management, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to help keep the project running smoothly and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Preparation of daily report, weekly report, and monthly report
Submission of Minute of Meeting
Update share point with site pictures and milestones achieved (Yammer)
Purchase order process
Site facilities needs.
Mobilization support
Overall correspondence with subcontractors/Suppliers or Customer related to site administration purposes.
Monitoring of site working time tracker and time sheet
Organization of site events

Qualifications

Computer and software proficiency (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
English & French speak, read and write.
2 years in similar scope (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
