Full job description

What does a Team Lead Furniture Mover do?

You’ll drive a 22-foot moving truck, lead a small crew, and deliver a smooth, stress-free move for our clients by:

Protecting furniture (wrap, pads, shrink wrap)
Loading/unloading efficiently and safely
Managing the crew on-site (2–5 movers)
Providing excellent customer service (friendly + professional)

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has a Class 5 driver’s license in good standing
✅ Is honest, reliable, and trustworthy
✅ Is physically fit and comfortable lifting heavy furniture/appliances
✅ Works well in a team (you’ll never work alone)
✅ Enjoys being active and on the road — every day is different
✅ Experience is NOT required — we train the right people

Pay & Extras

$24–$26/hr average all-in (base pay + tips + bonuses)
Top movers earn $12,000+/year in tips
Growth opportunities for strong performers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
