Responsabilités

Préparation des aliments selon les procédures opérationnelles normalisées (POS)
Préparation des onigiris
Gérer la caisse et les commandes en ligne (Uber Eats, DoorDash et UEAT)
Maintien de la propreté et de l'organisation
Manipulation des aliments en toute sécurité en respectant les bonnes pratiques d'hygiène
Gestion de l'inventaire: réapprovisionnement des fournitures et signalement des niveaux du stock à la direction
Respect de tous les protocoles de sécurité relatifs à la manipulation des aliments, à l'utilisation du matériel et aux normes d'hygiène.

Exigences

Une expérience préalable en restauration est un atout, mais pas obligatoire. Une formation sera dispensée.
Capacité de travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique tout en restant attentif aux détails.
Bonne connaissance des procédures de manipulation des aliments et des normes d'hygiène.
Excellent esprit d'équipe.

Responsibilities

Food prep according to SOPs
Prepare onigiris
Handle the cash and online orders (UberEats, Doordash and UEAT)
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Handle food safely by following proper hygiene practice
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, equipment use, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Good understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene standards
Excellent teamwork skills

Rémunération : 16,50$ par heure
