Paramount ADM is a fast-paced Lebanese quick-service restaurant located inside Montréal Airport. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food with efficient service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and customer experience.

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and reliable Team Members to join our dynamic team. This role involves mostly working both front-of-house (counter service) and some back-of-house (food preparation), ensuring smooth daily operations in a high-traffic airport environment.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service

Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
Take orders accurately using the POS system
Handle payments (cash, debit, credit)
Maintain speed of service while ensuring order accuracy

Food Preparation

Prepare menu items according to company recipes and portioning standards
Assemble shawarma sandwiches, plates, and other menu items
Maintain consistency, presentation, and quality at all times

Operations & Standards

Follow all company procedures, recipes, and portioning guidelines strictly
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are respected (MAPAQ compliance)
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked

Cleaning & Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counter, and dining areas at all times
Perform daily cleaning tasks (floors, surfaces, equipment, garbage areas)
Follow opening and closing procedures thoroughly

Teamwork

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Communicate clearly during busy service periods
Support team wherever needed to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Punctuality and reliability are essential
Bilingual (French - English)
Available for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends

Training & Probation

Full training will be provided
Initial probation period to evaluate performance, speed, and adherence to standards

Nous recherchons des équipiers(ères) motivé(e)s et fiables pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Le poste comprend des tâches en salle (service au comptoir) et en cuisine (préparation des aliments), afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des opérations dans un environnement à fort achalandage.

Responsabilités principalesService à la clientèle

Accueillir et servir les clients de manière professionnelle et chaleureuse
Prendre les commandes avec précision à l’aide du système POS
Gérer les paiements (argent comptant, débit, crédit)
Maintenir une rapidité de service tout en assurant l’exactitude des commandes

Préparation des aliments

Préparer les items du menu selon les recettes et les standards de portion établis
Assembler les sandwichs shawarma, assiettes et autres produits
Assurer la constance, la présentation et la qualité des plats

Opérations & standards

Respecter rigoureusement les procédures, recettes et standards de portion
Appliquer les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire (MAPAQ)
Maintenir les postes de travail propres, organisés et bien approvisionnés

Nettoyage & entretien

Maintenir la propreté de la cuisine, du comptoir et de la salle en tout temps
Effectuer les tâches de nettoyage quotidiennes (planchers, surfaces, équipements, zones de déchets)
Suivre rigoureusement les procédures d’ouverture et de fermeture

Travail d’équipe

Collaborer efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe et les superviseurs
Communiquer clairement durant les périodes de fort achalandage
Apporter du soutien à l’équipe selon les besoins

Exigences

Expérience en restauration ou service à la clientèle nécessaire
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et exigeant
Sens des responsabilités et souci du détail
Ponctualité et fiabilité essentielles
Bilingue (Français - Anglais)
Disponibilité flexible (matin, soirs, fins de semaine
