Overview

Join our vibrant culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients, cooking delicious dishes, and ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Duties

Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours
Cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation to prevent waste and contamination
Support serving staff by preparing garnishes, sauces, and side dishes as needed
Follow all safety protocols related to kitchen equipment, food handling, and hygiene practices
Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of shortages or issues

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency
Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude towards learning new skills
Serving experience or knowledge of customer service is a plus but not required
